Since 1993, she has been delivering professional development programs on Human Resources Management, Leadership & Management, and Motivation and Self-Esteem Goal Achievement.

Dr. Jordan has built an outstanding reputation as a responsive, results-oriented professional with a unique ability to work with a wide variety of people and cultures, at all levels of an organization both in the North America, in the Middle East, the Caribbean, South America, and Eastern Europe.   She has taught at a university in the Middle East.

Her professional experience includes twelve years as a Human Resources Manager in the USA, ensuring that the organization's human resource strategies supported its business objectives.
