SolidWebBase.com of Akkad Holding will maintain the web site: ______________________________________.

 

Maintenance of your web site under Plan C4 includes the following:

• Safe keeping of your Domain Name Server information and account passwords. This information will only be shared by named personnel or positions held at the Client’s location.
• Monitoring of Domain Name renewal information, and recommendation of addresses of similar names.
• Changes of basic information such as telephone number, fax, email and basic text content provided by the client in electronic format.
• Adding or deleting email accounts as per hosting plans already chosen by the Client.

 

Considerations:

 

• SolidWebBase.com will thrive to execute alterations/changes requested by the Client within 5 working days of receiving the request electronically.
• Some changes are dependant on the hosting party and their policies.
• Any changes requiring copy write and design creativity will need to be agreed with the client on a separate agreement.
• Upon signing this contract, the Client will make payment to Akkad Holding of AED 1000 covering the fees for a full year maintenance under Plan C4.
• In no event will either party be liable to the other for any lost profits, lost data, or any form of special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind (whether or not foreseeable), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
• In the event of any conflict, this agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
